Hmmmm....at 16-20 weeks I would expect more red in the comb or some crowing attempts if it's a cockerel.

I am leaning toward pullet at this point.

I'd have expected more comb and wattle in a male of that age, but I think I see some male saddles coming in. Late-developing cockerel?
