Hen or Roo?

Hi I am hoping to get help if this is a Roo? I got 4 Jersey giant chicks they are about 10 weeks old now, one I am sure is a Rooster he looks the part and started to crow, but I suspect this might also be a Roo I noticed the two of them chest bumping and this one has a waddle and more pronounced comb then the girls so I think this guy snuck under my radar for awhile! Also If this one is also a Roo can you have 2? I have heard you cannot have 2 with the girls as they will always fight. I have a flock of 24 chickens variety of breeds and different ages this is the 1st time I have ended up with Roosters I wouldn't mind having them to help protect the girls but not sure if I can keep both if it is another Rooster Thanks everyone!

With a docile breed and 24 hens, you'll likely have no issues
