Sorry dumb question but what is culling

well it usually mens killing and eating the chicken but just getting rid of him can kinda mean the same thing i raise roosters to cull sometimes but i also raise meat chickens for the dinner table

He's actually 29 weeks and I hav a brahma, 2 rir's an Easter egger and a silkie

If its a male at 29 weeks he would definately crow or if its female she would definately lay eggs at this age, are you raising it from chick.

Thats good, but if he is 29, than he looks a bit smaller to me, may be he is bantam breed or so.

i dont think hes a bantam the barred rock bantams have black tails but a barred rock is not a very large chicken anyway but they are usually docile and good layers i have 14 or 15 of them in the coop right now i had a barred rock bantam but traded him for a gorgeous white leghorn pure bred roo

im ment my hens are 29 weeks and no eggs from them
