He's actually 29 weeks and I hav a brahma, 2 rir's an Easter egger and a silkie
If its a male at 29 weeks he would definately crow or if its female she would definately lay eggs at this age, are you raising it from chick.
 
29 weeks not an egg to be seen what am I doing wrong?! I'll be on the lookout for his crowing
 
Thats good, but if he is 29, than he looks a bit smaller to me, may be he is bantam breed or so.

i dont think hes a bantam the barred rock bantams have black tails but a barred rock is not a very large chicken anyway but they are usually docile and good layers i have 14 or 15 of them in the coop right now i had a barred rock bantam but traded him for a gorgeous white leghorn pure bred roo
