This is a white wyandotte. Hen or roo im new to this but guessing its a hen plz help.

It's stance and build is a lot like my SLW hen, although yours looks like it may be smaller (bantam?)! That would be my guess, did you just get her because it looks like she should be laying? Gorgeous bird!

Its 9 weeks old. It was the runt of my friend hatch I got for little boy for easter

Yes, if it's only 9 weeks old then that is definitely a cockerel(male).
