hen or roo?

these are my chickens... 2 ameraucana and a basque. The middle one is growing much faster then the others and seems to have a more prominent comb then the others. She/he isnt crowing or anything but really seems to have a rooster tail. Is it a rooster. I live right in the middle of a city and if she/he begins crowing im in trouble.

How old are they? Can you load up a more clear pic of him/her??? At first glance I say ROO but can't be really sure.

They are about 17 weeks...I tried to get a clear pic but he/she keeps moving his/her head... ill try to sneak in later when they are asleep. He/she looks much different then the other one who is obviously female. Cant keep him if he is a him so thats sad . That chicken is more aggressive then the other 2 also.
