Thanks for the advice. Taking Silkies' frontal pictures are very difficult! They don't sit still, I can never see their eyes, and I don't think they can see well either. I have food right in front of them and cannot see. Usually their other big sisters hover over them and snag all food I try to give to Silkies. But I am going to work on that. I am also trying to take some photos of their earlobes. I see their beautiful turquoise earlobes but again, it's so hard to take pictures of them.
If I have to have a rooster, I wanted it be a Silkie though. I was worried the Mottled Java be a rooster because she is giant! She is larger than our 3 adult hens and she is quite loud too. But again, when my hand touches her back, she flattens her back so I was assured that she was a pullet. Thanks!
