Hen or roo?

The picture is from when I purchased the bird and the seller said that "she" was 2-months-old.

The picture of my Wyandotte is a cockerel (young rooster) about 2-3 months old as well.

I'm thinking that your bird is a cockerel, based on the comb and wattle size/reddness.

Barred rock roos tend to have a more grayish look while hens are blacker and have clearer barring.

Not trying to crash this thread but i have the same question is this a hen or roo? Was bought from Myer as a dark Cornish roo but looks like a hen to me the
