Hen or Rooster????? 3 1/2 months old..

This is my chicken in question?????

People have said it is a pullet and than my uncle says it a cockerel due to the waddle. I am confused!!!!!!

Cockerel for sure. The comb and wattles are too large for a hen, and the coloring is characteristic of a rooster. Pretty bird!
