Is there something wrong with him as why he is not mating with the other ones? He is more dominate than Black Jack and he even mates more than Flame/Fire. Also, why does his crow sound so strange? Why is he lacking spurs when Bucky has them and is from the same place and the same age? Sorry if this is a lot of questions, I just want to make sure that he is alright and normal!

You don't have to see the mating for it to happen. He might just not be mating in front of you. And every rooster's crow is different and spurs come in at different times for every rooster.

Some cockerels spurs come in earlier than others. Your boy is young so his Crow is still developing. I’ve had a rooster not get in
spurs until two years old.
