Hen or Rooster, also what breed?

Hello all, thankful for this thread. New chicken momma here, we got our chicks from a private party that actually get her chicks from Belt Hatchery and was told they were all hens, well one of our Rhode Island Reds turned out to be a rooster so have to unfortunately rehome him Can you tell by the pics I'm posting if this is a hen or rooster? We were told that he/she was a Golden Laced Wyanedotte, well as you can see it is not, no worries we still love her/him? Just don't want to be disappointed once again and end up with another rooster that we cannot keep

Hello! We are almost neighbors, we are in Clovis. This chicken was hatched out in early March.
