Hen or rooster, and breed?

We still don’t know what this bird is. Anyone thoughts on gender or breed? Appx 12 weeks old.

I’m guessing it is a silkie mix but I’m not sure what with? It also doesn’t have fluffy feet like silkies do and I can’t tell if it has the extra toe either? But it has blue earlobes and the frayed looking feathers that silkies have!

It does have the extra toe. All black skin
