Hen or Rooster and What Breed?

I bought it 9 weeks ago @ track co-supply. time flies...
I wasn't paying attentions to its breed when I purchased it.
now I'm wondering what breed he/she is? rooster or hen?

That's a rose comb.

I'm gonna say cockerel, that comb, & wattles are pretty red, & large to be a pullet.

Okay it's a pea comb, so not a Dominique.
Yes it's a boy. Maybe it's a beardless EE.
