Hen or rooster? Breed unknown possible mix

It is now 5 almost 6 weeks old, I am so confused on it, as it has a large comb, and wattles. But I have ever had one that looks like this so am unsure, and the tail feathers make me think hen. I don't want to butcher a hen, but cannot own roosters, so waiting for it to crow isn't an option.
It's legs are dark gray/black color. I hope I got some good angles so people can get a good guess at what it is.

Thanks. I keep leaning towards male (rooster). I guess it's wishful thinking wanting it to be a hen. I ordered the eggs from the internet and they were supposed to be silkies, obviously they were not! they each seem to be different breeds from those eggs.
Not to worried about the breed if it is a rooster as it will be yummy no matter the breed.

Kinda looks like an EE (but I say that about all the chickens). Sometimes you'll get one with a single comb (I'm looking at blueish legs). I'm leaning toward rooster as well.

Well it has started fighting with my white rooster chick. So now I know it is a rooster. This weekend they will both be butchered leaving my hen by herself.

it reminds me of buff Colombian or the beginning of the mille fleur pattern
