Hen or Rooster???

So I'm new to chickens but I bought what I was told was an ISA brown pullet that should be 1 month away from laying.I was told that she was not a true ISA (I know the roosters are supposed to be the lighter colored ones) but mixed with something else. So I've had her for about two weeks now and a few days ago she started crowing....do I have a roo????

If you paid for a pullet, call that seller and have them refund your money. That's a cockerel.

Isa Browns are a type of red sexlink. Females are red with some white. Males are white, and develop some red as they mature. They can be sexed at hatch with 100% accuracy. The seller knew it was a cockerel.
