I hope so thanks its supposed to b purebredDon't be too quick to put it into the pot! The pullet does have a little more black on it than normal but it doesn't look at all like the Faverolle roosters I've had. They are about all black with no brown coloring at all. I think you have a pullet that is not necessarily purebred.
