100% rooster to me

I've been raising those things a lot, and am well acquainted with each stage of their development. 99% percent of the ones with that appearance turned out to be roosters.

That there is a rooster. Disposition, stature, and feathering. Black Australorps have always been one of my favorites. I breed them and just imported another line from Ontario. Lots of experience with the breed.

I am by no means an expert in gender identification but looking at the fact she has wattle buds at 4 and 5 weeks old, I would have to guess rooster, and the legs look a little thick also. I was leaning toward pullet at first but then I saw the wattle buds. I'm sorry

You're welcome, I hate having to make those kinds of guesses, I'm in your boat with you, I have to rehome my beloved d'Uccle's that I just got because they are both roosters.
