Hen or Rooster?

Does anyone know if this is a hen or rooster ? Or any suggestions on how I can tell, I’m new to this. Thanks

Sebrights are tough because the males don't get male specific feathering. You have to go by combs, wattles, leg thickness, and size. At 18 weeks, I think HuskerHens is right. It looks like a pullet.

Hen feathered birds are hard, but by this age a cockerel "should" be more developed in comb &wattle and I've never encountered a sebright cocketel shy about crowing by this age
