Silver laced Wyandotte’s, one has a rose comb, one single

How old are they? I'd say that the one with the rose comb is probably a cockerel, but I'm not sure about the one with a single comb.
 
Can you get a pic of the one with a single comb from the side, where you can see the whole body?

They look like pullets close to lay to me, especially the single combed one. @Overo Mare , what do you think about the rose combed one? I instinctively say pullet, but the difference in leg width is concerning
Those legs are awfully thick.. I don't know. I want to say 2 pullets as well.

By 15 weeks we should see some pointy saddle feathers. I don't see any.
