Hen or rooster?

So I’ve keep finding myself watching them all day and just keep going back and forth between pullets and cockerels.

I'm worried about my Beetov-Hen, she's losing feathers bad, and has a sagging pale comb.
She is/was the reason I joined BYC 3 years ago. Can a hen molt twice a year? no she hasn't given me breakfast in two weeks... 3.5 year old Brown Leghorn: I hope it's just a molt!
