Hen or rooster?

Hello,
I got 6-day old chicks about 8 weeks ago. This one seems to be developing a comb much faster than the others. That along with some leader of the pack behaviors are making me worried that she is a he. Anyone able to identify gender from these photos?

I think so too! Unfortunately I don’t think I will be able to keep a rooster because of where I live. .
