Hen or rooster??

Hey everyone, this is a chick that I hatched for my neighbor, and we need to know if its a roo. The rose comb is pretty large and same with the wattles,which makes me think he's a rooster. Can anybody confirm if he's a rooster?

almost positive its a roo. Looks very young to have that much comb and wattle for a pullet.
