The 2 blue and red ones do look like EES, and are probably cockerels due to the red wingbows. The other is definitely a salmon Faverolles cockerel. Here is one of mine
On the positive side yours has excellent toe placement and could mature into a decent male. He doesn't look like he's from typical hatchery stock.
