Hen or Rooster

I have three with tugged muffled and beards...my daughter named her..king...yeah I know she's a hen..now but we thought since she was so big that she was a he..my DD wouldn't let me talk her into a new name but she's 6...so king it is...I'm going to buy some more from rural king next spring

That's not the weirdest name I've ever seen given to a hen. About 15 years ago, When my parents had just bought chickens, they ended up with a chick a boy named Henry. Henry was this boy's favorite, and made my parents promise to take good care of him. Well, Henry started laying eggs, so we renamed her Henrietta, Henry for short.

You should see some is the crazy stuff my phone comes up with when I'm trying to type. Dog lingo is just as bad, so chickens people shouldn't feel left out.
