Hen Puffing Up

My orpington hen has been acting weird since last week, she’s pretty young, we got her as a chick in August. She gets all puffy whenever i’m near her, changing her feed, water. She flares her feathers, crouches down a bit, makes weird noises and walks around like that in a half-squat. I tried letting her sit on eggs, but she doesn’t stay on them. Is something wrong?

I gave her a couple eggs, she’s sitting on 6 now. Hopefully she stays!
