Vets are expensive and many cannot afford to take their sick chickens in, so don't feel bad. Have you checked her for lice and mites?

yes, ive checked her multiple times trying to rule out what i can. whatever she has hasnt spread to any of my other chickens

If she were mine I would bring her inside where it's warm (80-85 degrees), tube fluids to her, then fluids with baby bird food and I'd worm her with Safeguard liquid or paste at 0.23ml per pound orally for five days. I'd also start weighing her daily. Another wormer you could use is Valbazen. The most effective Valbazen dose is 0.08ml per pound orally once and repeat in ten days.
