I bought a batch of partridge rocks last Feb. and one is now a young cockerel. But he doesn't crow! He's with hens, but shows no intrest in them at all! I KNOW he's a rooster, I know what the males of the breed are supposed to look like. And that's what he looks like. What's going on here???
