Hen stumbles and falls forward when walking

Have a Rhode Island red that stumbls and falls forward when she walks, Also her comb isn't bright red anymore. She is about 2-3 years old .

Separate her from the flock in a dog kennel with food and water(Vitamins in the water).You can offer eggs and tuna often.If she doesn't drink you should give her water through a 3cc syringe or a eye dropper just make sure she is warm and calm.At this point its hard to tell whats wrong,many diseases can cause weakness in the legs.Keep us updated
