Update: husband pulled long grass blade from her mouth and she has been significantly more responsive since. Ate scrambled eggs, reacted to examination, made gentle squawking sound, standing again, looking around with head lifted. Still not drinking water though.

Good suggestions from everyone.
I'd follow their instructions and see how she does.

It's interesting that your husband pulled a long blade of grass from her beak and she's now more responsive. Is there any more inside the beak?
