Hen tipping forward while trying to poop, what is wrong. Is she constipated?

Basically every day, our hens peck eachother so we try to give them distractions
Pecking can be solved by a higher protein feed, a bigger space, a cluttered run, things to do etc. A diet like that causes nutrition deficiency and makes them fat. Fat doesn't accumulate so much on the outside of a bird, but inside around the heart and organs, too much makes laying very hard and causes organ failure.
Switch to a higher protein feed, cut out all the treats and maybe post pictures of your coop in the run section so others can give you advice on improvement.

Okay we'll try and find a higher protein feed and cut out treats, and we are planning to make our run a lot bigger but the coop size is for 8 hens and we have 4.

I agree with nuthatched. Too many treats can cause a lot of health complications, especially high calorie dry grains like cracked corn. Cutting those things out will save you a lot of headache and grief.
