Hen tipping forward while trying to poop, what is wrong. Is she constipated?

I agree with nuthatched. Too many treats can cause a lot of health complications, especially high calorie dry grains like cracked corn. Cutting those things out will save you a lot of headache and grief.
Does anyone have an idea about what's actually happening to my hen rn though, dark green watery poop, seems like she has mental energy but lies down whenever I'm not around, crop felt hard so I massaged it and now it's squishier but not draining, she wont drink much, and I don't think she's egg bound as she passed an egg this morning and I can't feel anything around her abdomen

It's possible the crop is going sour. Is there any smell at all like beer or vinegar around her head?

Oh also she keeps purring and her wings are a bit droopier than usual, she isn't pale and still looks around at a lot

No I can't smell anything
Hmm. The only way to know if the crop is sour or impacted is to check it first thing in the morning before she eats or drinks anything.

If it is hard and full or squishy and full first thing in the morning, it's a crop problem. The crop should be completely empty in the morning.

Other than that, there could be many things making her act this way.

Does her breathing sound labored or like rasping or gargling? You say she is "purring" what does that mean?

What color is her comb and wattles?

The purring noise is what i think is normal.
they do it with comfort and seeing something strange, mine do it, i assume this is what Op is talking about. Ignore the title, they think the chicken is farting but its not.
this video too! better example.

So OP, is this similar to what your talking about, or am i off?

Yeah that type of purring :) she did it mostly when she was sat on my lap bc she was just happy to sit there, but she did it a few times randomly

I will do that tomorrow morning :)

Her breathing is fine, maybe she got a bit hotter today bc of the weather, the purring noise is linked in the next video and her comb and wattles are bright red :)

I do think maybe she could've just been a bit exhausted from trying to push out an egg this morning, but I have tried to solve the hard crop issue and as of right now she's acting a bit more active than she did during the day

How is her crop this morning?

If it's flat and completely empty, she doesn't have a crop problem. But make sure she drinks plenty of water today and no dry carbohydrate treats like corn that can slow the crop down.

Keep an eye on her if you can. If she still is lethargic with watery poop over the next few days, but the crop is emptying, it's some other issue.

This hen is about 4 years old?
