I had 6 hens and 3 died suddenly in October. Since then, the pecking order changed. One of my hens, who is now the leader, is very aggressive toward me. The other two hens squat for me to pet them, or even hold them and when I pet either one, the meanie attacks me with her feet and/or bites me to the point of drawing blood. I have 7 babies that will be integrated in about 3-4 weeks and I’m afraid she will hurt them too. How do I get her to stop attacking me and will she be aggressive toward the new comers??

You can try to reform her behavior, as with a bad rooster. Look up @Beekissed 's article about it and give it a try. In general, you carry a stick or something and insist that she respects your space at all times, never letting her get close.
At the very least, she's being rude!
Every chicken doesn't become a 'pet', and that's fine, but you are not a flock member to be pushed around.
