What do you do about a hen that stands under the roost area, basically sitting in her own and the other girls poop all night?
We have three roost bars... there is plenty of free space for her to be either near or far from the others but yet time after time we keep finding her down below. She is the runt, so the big girls pick on her regardless. I feel like her being under the ladies at night and standing in the poop is leading to some other unhealthy issues (losing feathers, her feet are starting to look like the scales are falling off and she lost a toe). Thoughts? I can try and get pictures this weekend.

Have you tried moving her up to a roosting bar at night? Go after dark and just pick her up and put her on a bar. Do this for a few nights in a row and she might get the hang of it. Also, make sure she can actually get up on the bar. I had to put a log in my coop as a stepstool of sorts so my silkies could get on the roosting bars.
