Sudden paralysis can be cause by either toxins, viral, bacteria infection or trauma to the spine. The bad smell could be infection-check her closely for wounds-infected crop or system shutdown. If you are so inclined take your chicken to a vet for evaluation to determine exactly what is wrong with your chicken. Veterinary care should include radiographs and bloodwork. Otherwise provide supportive care, feed her, clean her and keep her warm. Unfortunately, since it has been three days with no improvement her prognosis is poor. You'll have to make the difficult decision to end her life.
When I find a healthy chicken who has collapsed suddenly I do a thorough hands-on exam. I look for bruised skin, wounds and missing feathers. You mentioned a dog. Your canine might have snatched her and gave her one good shake which could have snapped her spine and paralyzed her. Or the hen could have taken a flying leap and landed in such a manner that she injured her spine. Or she could have eaten something (rotten meat/garbage/toxic plant) that stopped kidney function and thus her entire body shutdown. In certain cases I will tube feed an ill chicken a product called Toxiban. It is a liquid designed to absorb certain toxins and correct certain metabolic imbalances.
Just a few things to think about.
