Hen walking in circles

I was told by two others it could be inner ear,but i really doubt it... I think she injured her neck somehow. She is now fighting me to eat, she wont eat as much as she used to, and her poop this morning was a bit more solid. She is standing more too, not laying down as much. She tried to peck her crumble i have in a makeshift feeder she can peck the rim but cant turn her neck to get the good, its a huge improvement from when i brought her in the house. I'm still giving her the nutri drench and tumeric tea , water.

This morning i walked into her room and caught her eating on her own. Her depth perception is completely off. She is having a hard time eating the scrambled eggs, peas and applesauce- but her being able to eat her crumble by herself is a huge improvement..

Great to see that she is eating. Look at her eyes, and look for anything unusual such as color change, pupil size or shape, or any cloudiness.

Her eyes are much brighter, they were really dull looking in the beginning. Her pupil is large on one eye- the eye in the picture.. Her neck is still twisted but not as bad as 10 days ago. When she started getting bad she couldn't figure out how to get out the pen door- like she was blind - now her eyes look better , no more dull cloudy sick eyes.. I wonder if her neck still twisted has something to do with it?

Well my bf moved the water feeder next to her food and she drank !!!!! So we are keeping it next to the food tower and she has been drinking on her own!!!
Her neck is still twisted, a bit. She tries to scratch her head and her neck twists more when she tried. It should hopefully heal in a month

And setback today when i got home
Pupils dilated, walking in circles more, when she scratches her head now her head flips under her chest and she somersaults over and flops then gets upright. I'm going to call vet to get me the prednisone to try

I'm getting the pred tonight after work.
I dont know why she took a bad turn- i cant figure it out, she was eating and drinking in her own, neck still a bit turned but i kept giving her her vitamins etc and made sure she drank them..
This morning if she tries to eat her neck now twists under her chest. I am hand feeding her again the baby bird formula but she keeps fighting me on taking it, she keeps trying to eat her crumble but her depth perception is now way off ... I added another video to my Youtube of this morning
