Hen with a cold foot

Hi there. My Production Red hen's right foot and leg is pinkish and cold, yet the left foot is warm. A few scales on her leg were also slightly lifted, so I sprayed Poultry Protector. Later, I used a warm paper towel on her foot. Has anyone else experienced this with their chickens? I have attached a photo for reference.

No visible injury or anything wrapped around her leg to cause a loss of circulation. Yes, both legs are straight and no limping. Before I locked the coop for the night I felt both of her feet and they were warm but I don't know if it's because she was laying on them for a bit before I got to her. I will check her feet/legs in the morning.

Scarlet's right foot was pinkish on Sunday. I checked all the way up her leg and found nothing suspicious. I ran her feet under warm water and washed them to check for injury but found nothing. Today both of her feet are pinkish. When I put her in the coop this evening her feet felt warm so I think I overreacted thinking something was wrong.
