Hello
My chicken is very well known for getting herself in all sorts of scrapes. This usually happens but it’s never been as bad as this before. Happy he’s bleeding. She is not a free range chicken so always want to come outside. She picks on the bus until she can come out. Therefore Herbig is now bleeding it has blood before and has stopped just started to heal unfortunately it’s happened again. I don’t know what to do so please let me know as soon as possible. Also on the bars where she pecks there is some blood.

To stop the bleeding, any powdery substance will work: Cornstarch, Baby Powder, ash from a fireplace, make-up powder even. Once it's no longer bleeding, you can try some Triple Antibiotic ointment to keep infection down. And is there a chance you can change her environment so she doesn't keep injuring herself?
