Hen with clear bubbles coming out of eyes...weird noises ...help !

Today I noticed bubbles coming out of the eyes of one of my BO's . She was holding her head up gasping and making a weird squaking noise . Any help would be appreciated .

I remember reading somewhere on here that bubbles in the eyes could be sinus infection, or dirt/dust in the eyes. Not sure have never had the problem but eye drops might help.

my flock had this this summer. Probably CRD...they had lots of gunk, stopped laying, slowed eating, I treated them with antibiotics, but they get "better" on their own, no one died. It takes a long time, but mine look great...just not all laying yet (after 4 months!)
