A year later almost and she is still with us, gets bumblefoot often, and went to the vet recently and she said that she feels fat, but no eggs or fluid. She is slower than the others and sits a lot. She doesn't roost at night and sleeps in the nest box. I don't know if she was ever 100% healthy or destined to have a healthy life. My husband and I just observe and keep her comfortable. For now she eats, poops, drinks wakes up in the morning and goes to bed at night. She has a good quality of life and no one can find anything wrong with her, but we never did an x ray. We continue to monitor her. Please keep me posted with progress on your hen and what the vet says!
