Hen with enlarged ab,loose stool, purplish comb and dull feathers

I have a Rhode Island Red with swollen ab. She has loose stool her comb looks droopy and discolored purple. I noticed she's not going up to the roost like the others and her feathers look dull.
She is 2yrs old. Her eyes look fine. There is no cough or any other respiratory problems. I have just noticed this 2days now. Can I save her?

when is the last time she laid an egg? Is she eggbound? Purple combs like that are not a good sign.

Purple comb are bad signs, the system is shutting down. Looks like she is egg bound and with that sign, it is not good at all. May have to put her down to keep her from suffering any longer. So sorry about your girl!

If you can very urgently get her to an avian vet, this may save her. Poor little one
