Hen with eye injury

14 month Rhode Island Red hen has one eye pushed in, or maybe third eyelid is swollen?
Any ideas it suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
She seems to be able to see out of it and doesn't appear to be in any pain.

It looks like the hen has conjunctivitis, also known as pinkeye. Is there some dried drainage under the eye? She may have a respiratory infection, such as mycoplasma (MG.) Or it might be from a peck wound in the eye.

No drainage. She seems better today.
Must have been a peck to the eye. She gets in Tiff's with the boys.

I would use some saline to clean out her eye, and apply a plain antibiotic ointment twice a day just to prevent infection.
