Ohh! Yes I've had this! im not sure if it has a name... lets call it featherless butt 
! Sorry... I find it sorts itself out by itself, it would be a case of the poop the chicken does get stuck on her feathers, pulling them out at time! this happend to my buffs, but we left it and it cleared up on its own, if you concerned, maybe keap her on her own with a hen lower down the pecking order with her, hope everything works out!
