		Sorry. You are doing more than I would have. I have in the past nursed sick chickens but it always ended badly no matter what. We generally will cull if we see no improvement after a week or two, if they appear to be suffering, it's apparent that it won't survive, or it's quality of life will be greatly diminished.
Either she's going to improve or she won't, it just depends how much time and effort you want to invest trying. Still hoping it works out though.

 nothing is obstructing the vent anymore. she only had about the size of a pinky nail hole in her vent to poop out of. An everytime she went it poop it would become more an more difficult. Now ill just have to make sure the next couple days there is no infection since it slightly ripped the skin. But she should be able to recover and heal up good until spring inside.
