Hen with head down

My buff orpington is sitting there with her head down. Doesn't seem to have control of her head. I've got her isolated now. What to do?

It appears she may have a form of torticolis or wry neck. Give her some vitamin E oil 400iu minimum immediately. Include a sliver, about 25mcg, of selenium. Give once a day and a few days after she reverts back to normal.
