I beg to differ. Improper nutrition can lead to digestive issues. And sometimes digestive issues result in impacted crops and diarrhea.

While at fair, our birds drank lots and ate little. They also had runny poop. If a bird drinks a lot and doesn't eat much, the resulting poop will be runny.
