Hen with poopy butt!

Hello. I have this hen here, that I rescued more than a year ago (she is an ex battery) but the last few months she has gotten this really poopy butt and I’m not sure what I can do to help her. I think it might be called Vent Gleet? I have never had a hen with this before. Can anyone tell me what I can do to help this hen? (She is still very healthy and active) If anyone has any tips or suggestions that would be great!
