Keep an eye on her water intake but not to worry too much as she's getting water from the watered down crumble mash. I know this as I ferment my feed & my girls drink water but not like when I fed them dry feed.

Thank youWatered down feed will help get fluids into her.
Some birds don't drink a lot anyway, so if she is eating, then I think I would just watch her for a few days and continue treating the sour crop.
I did give my girls fermented “scratch & peck” grains a few times. The first time they went crazy for it, then the second batch did not get finished. And third same thing... not very interested. Do you use filtered water to ferment for three days?Keep an eye on her water intake but not to worry too much as she's getting water from the watered down crumble mash. I used the Grain variety. I did use distilled and filter water but was told only to use that.I'm on city water, just from the tap but I "cheated" .... I did ACV 1T/gal water & used some of iit to make my first mix, continued from there. Gave the rest of the ACV/water to the chicks to drink. However, have read that you can just use distilled water & still takes 3 - 4 days, mixing at least 3x day. I've heard of Scratch & Peck but no clue, is it crumbles/pellets or grain?
@Wyorp Rock i just got a message from the vet and her fecal float came back negative! No worms or parasitesEither way, you need to have a fecal float to check for worms and coccidiosis too.
It's good that the crop was empty this morning@Wyorp Rock her crop was totally empty this morning. No squishy consistency and her poop was primarily a water consistency with very little solid matter. I’ve been only giving her the monistat twice a day (we are on day 4) and watered down crumble that’s it. She’s eating but not very interested in the mash or the water. I feel she’s getting very thin. Do you think I can put her out with the flock??
