Hen with swelling in center toe

I have one hen 1 year old that seems to have a bad center toe which appears to hurt
Not sure if she hurt it or what
Looked up stuff but no visible sores or abscess but very puffy
Not sure what to do

Doesn't look too bad... How long has it been swollen? She might have just twisted it. I think she will be fine. You could make her a splint for the toe or maybe wrap it up. You probably don't have to though.
