Hen with very thin quills and missing feathers and anemic

I used Valbazen but it was probably in March. I really should right that stuff down. She may have been sick and then started molting. I did read "somewhere" that lice/mites eat the keratin of the quills so maybe that's why her quills are so thin but everyone else is okay (except for one other bird who had vent gleet when I rescued her). And she's like a feather pillow when you pick her up...just little tufts of feather bits floating everywhere. If she makes it I will be surprised but I will make her some scrambled eggs, good idea there!
There is a feather (depluming) mite that lives under the shaft of the feather, causing a lot of damage, but in the photo it doesn't look like damage from depluming mites. She would be picking at her skin too, not just normal preening, she'd be digging at the base of her feathers causing sores from this type of mite.
Ivermectin would be the choice treatment for this particular mite as well, since it feeds on blood.

It is a puzzle, I don't think I've seen anything quite like what you are showing.
I do hope she rallies for you.

There's so many things that can cause decline.
Reproductive cancer or some type of reproductive disorder usually always comes to mind when I have one that is losing weight and just poorly. If you lose her, then a necropsy through your state lab will give some answers and if you're like me, I want to take a look myself to see if there's anything I can find. Sometimes I can tell, other times I'm left with questions.

I feel guilty because they have no protected dust bathing area. They always figured that out themselves...I"m feeding her scrambled eggs when I can isolate her by herself which is difficult. I have someone coming over today or tomorrow, I hope, to hold her so I can give her some vitamins. And her skin looks fine to me, although pale. I also have a portable microscope that I can look on her skin and see if there's anything there but will do that today or tomorrow...not sure when they are coming. Hard to care for birds alone. :( She acts fine though and is eating. Thanks!

So using the microscope on her skin, I saw nothing. She actually looks perky...despite all the weight loss...the pale comb could be from molting. But that's abnormal for her. I have a hard time catching her and feeding her...so will have to work on that. I could snatch her off the roost and give her scrambled eggs at night. Anyway, just want to give an update.
