Hen with watery poo

Buttercup for the last week has had watery poo. Her feathers near her vent are a little worse for wear. It’s cold here so I don’t think she’s drinking too much. The poo also doesn’t look like anything I can find on the internet. I was going to worm the whole flock once it got a bit warmer. She’s six months old. Laying every day. Still eating and drinking. Her crop actually always looks the fullest. She’s a buff orp RIR cross.

Clean her rear end off as best as you can with warm water and dry her fluff and feathers well with an old towel or hairdryer.
Then give her plain boiled white rice mixed with buttermilk, make it kind of liquidy because the rice will soak up the buttermilk. She should scoff it up because the rice looks like maggots. Hopefully it will clear up her diarrhea.
