Hen wont come out of the coop

Do they have a run, or are they free ranged? My guess is that she's at the bottom of the pecking order, maybe getting bullied. If they're in a run, how big is it in feet by feet? Same question for the coop. Can you put up some hiding places for her? A pallet or piece of plywood leaned against the fence would help. Just make sure it's open on both ends so she can't get trapped. More than one feeder and waterer would help, too. Is she the same age as the other chickens? Another thought is maybe she's not feeling well. Check for mites and lice. How do her eyes look? Nice and bright, or dull? Have you observed her eating and drinking? Or... she could just not be acclimated to her new surroundings yet. They're all different, and react differently to new situations.
I haven't observed her eating and drinking. Her eyes are bright. I did noticed after I took her pic that 2 of my original hens went into the coop after she flew off the perch and pecked her. I don't have a run. They free range.

They will sort this out eventually but keep an eye on her, you may need to separate her temporarily so that she can see everyone but they cant get to her.
I wouldn't separate if no blood is being drawn. That would just drag out the integration process. I would suggest watching to see if it's just one chicken that picks on her or all of them. If just one, I'd separate the bully. Let the picked on chicken establish herself with the others, then reintroduce the bully.

It's several. I walked out and one of my hens had her on the ground and was pecking the back of her neck and trying to yank her feathers out! Little twit!! I feel so bad for her!! One of the chickens, Becky, has been a complete wanch these last few days and she's one of the ones that has been picking on her.

Then separate Becky from the flock. A wire dog kennel would be a nice place if you can keep her someplace safe. Maybe separate two of them, and see what happens. Another thing to consider is maybe this hen is sick and the others can sense it. They will try to eliminate any weakness in the flock.

I will be devastated if one of my birds die! :hit
